IRGC General Asghar Emami: Iran Does Not Need To Send Missiles Or Planes To Attack Israel, Through The Resistance Axis We Can Plough Israeli Cities With Mortars; When We Want American Concessions, We Can Tighten Our Grip Around Israel's Throat

IRGC General Asghar Emami, a Quds Force Commander said that Iran can place America under siege through artillery and mortar attacks on Israel. He made these remarks in a speech that aired on Noor TV (Iran) on May 6, 2021. General Emami explained that Iran can easily tighten its grip around "the throat of the Zionist regime" in order to extract pressure and exert concessions from America. He continued to say that while Israel has airplanes that can reach Iran, Iran does not require airplanes to target Israel, it can place Israel "under siege" via the artillery and mortar shells of the "resistance axis." General Emami said: "We can easily plough the cities of the Zionist regime," whenever Iran or the Supreme Leader Khamenei wants to. He continued to say that Iran's navy is present in the Mediterranean Sea as well as in the Red Sea, and they are prepared to hit Israel from there.

Asghar Emami: "The Minister of Communications and Intelligence of the Zionist regime has recently said that their airplanes can reach Iran. He made threats. I'd like to say that this is true. Your planes can reach Iran. However, through our presence in the axis of resistance, we have placed you under siege. Our mortars now reach your cities. We don't need to send airplanes or send missiles to Israel. We are right next to their ear... Now, with our presence in the resistance axis, we can hit Israel with mortar shells. Whenever we want, whenever the leader wants and gives the order, we can easily plough the cities of the Zionist regime with very light shells and artillery.
