Iraqi Political Analyst Ali Fadhlallah: Baghdad Bombings Are A Result Of Saudi-U.S. 'Renewed Cooperation'; Biden's Administration Seeks To Partition Iraq

Iraqi political analyst Ali Fadhlallah spoke about the double bombing in Baghdad that took place earlier that day on Al-Alam TV (Iran) on January 21, 2021. Fadhlallah said that the bombing was a result of a "renewed cooperation" between Saudi Arabia and the U.S., which is intended to bring about a partition of Iraq by President Biden's administration. He said this would also serve the interests of the "sectarian" Gulf countries and the "Zionist entity".

Interviewer: "Do [the Baghdad bombings] constitute a message from Saudi Arabia to Biden that it can mobilize ISIS in Iraq and Syria whenever it wants? Do you agree with this statement?"

Ali Fadhlallah: "This may be one of the possibilities. But I would go even further. I think that there is renewed cooperation now between Saudi Arabia and the U.S. in order to deal a blow to security in Iraq, reshuffle the cards, and exhaust the [Iraqi] security forces once again, in order to return to the old-new plan – the partitioning of Iraq by the Biden administration. This serves the interest of the Americans and the sectarian countries of the Gulf, as well as the interest of the Zionist entity, which bases its strength on the weakness and fragility of security in the region."
