Iraqi Islamic Researcher Sheikh Yasser Al-Tarbouli: Mecca And Medina Are Occupied By The Saudis; They Violate Shari'a Law, Kill Muslims, Permit Debauchery And Immorality

Iraqi Islamic researcher Sheikh Yasser Al-Tarbouli said in a July 4, 2020 interview on Al-Nujaba TV (Iraq) that just like Jerusalem is occupied by the Jews, Medina and the Kaaba are occupied by the Al-Saud family, which he said kills Muslims, does not implement shari'a law properly, and issues religious rulings calling for uprisings against other Muslim and Arab leaders. He criticized the Saudi regime and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, whom he referred to as "licentious," for allowing "alcohol, debauchery, immorality, and nightclubs in the land of the Two Holy Mosques."

Yasser Al-Tarbouli: "Jerusalem is occupied by the Jews, and even Medina and the Kaaba are occupied. The great calamity is that today, [Saudi Arabia, a country of] over 20 million Muslim Arabs, is named after one man.

[...]

"Show me how they implement the shari'a of Allah. They conspire against the Muslims and kill them.

[...]

"Some sheikhs have issued fatwas calling on us to fight Bashar [Al-Assad], to fight Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi, to fight Ali Abdullah Saleh, to rebel against Mubarak, to fight the rulers, and so on. Why don't they issue fatwas against their own [Saudi] ruler, who has opened nightclubs in Jedddah and Mecca? They prevent people from performing the hajj, and they closed Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi [in Medina] and the Kaaba. Instead, they have opened nightclubs, allowing debauchery and immorality. Today, the corruption in Saudi Arabia reaches heights unlike anywhere else. These are the same people who used to accuse presidents, kings, and emirs who opposed them of heresy. They used to call on people to rebel against the leaders, thus violating the way of the Sunnis and the rulings of the Islamic scholars. Why don't you call to rebel against your licentious [Crown Prince, Bin Salman]? He has allowed alcohol, debauchery, immorality, and nightclubs in the land of the Two Holy Mosques."
