An Ofogh TV (Iran) program aired on November 15, 2024, featured a simulated missile strike on key targets in Haifa Port. Analyst Mohammad-Taghi Aghayan identified several strategic locations, including the Dolphin-class submarine, the navy headquarters, and the shipyard, among others, providing the exact geographical coordinates for each. Host Hossein Hosseini emphasized that the segment was a simulation and not an indication of an impending attack. The show then displayed an animated missile strike on Haifa. Aghayan further stated that Iran could destroy Tel Aviv in just seven minutes if it chose to.

Hossein Hosseini: "The Ofogh TV team, which included many people who produced the following segment, has identified several important spots in the sensitive Haifa Port in the occupied territories. This is a simulation of what would happen if this port is attacked [by Iran]. Let us watch it now."

[...]

Mohammad-Taghi Aghayan: "We have listed here the sensitive spots of the Haifa Port, one by one.

[...]

"I am now pointing at the location of Dolphin-class submarines. Notice that the geographical coordinates are clearly specified here."

Hosseini: "It is on that spot?"

Aghayan: "Yes, it is precisely there. These are the exact coordinates for the missiles to target."

Hosseini: "We will see the strike in due time."

Aghayan: "Yes, we will.

[...]

"The Navy headquarters are here. You can see its width and length. There are multiple sections and rooms for different military operations in this navy building."

Hosseini: "Right.

[...]

"It is a nice building. I think we would see a 'before and after' picture of it later."

[...]

Aghayan: "We have the navy shipyard here. You can see its geographical coordinates. It's very interesting, Allah be praised. Our missiles are also precision missiles and, inshallah, will strike accordingly.

[...]

"This shipyard is one of the most valuable parts of Haifa Port. If it is attacked, [the port] will lose its commercial and military value."

[...]

Hosseini: "This operation is a simulation with the codename: 'Oh, Fatima Al-Zahraa!' Let us fire and see what happens to the Haifa port."

Aghayan: "Oh, Fatima Al-Zahraa! I think it will be a dire situation for them."

Hosseini: "This is only a simulation. We did not say we will strike there for certain."

Aghayan: "Yes, correct."

Hosseini: "The [missiles] are fired."

Aghayan: "How beautiful..."

Hosseini: "Here you see their pathway, and here... Indeed... If that many missiles [are fired], like you said, and even if their total number is 200 and they hit a place like Haifa...

[...]

"This whole thing that we are talking about takes 7 minutes."

Aghayan: "This is only for one port. If you want to plow Tel-Aviv in its entirety, it will only take 7 minutes."
