On February 1, 2025, Channel 2 (Iran) aired a report about the Iranian IRGC Navy's unveiling of an underground cruise missile base housing anti-destroyer cruise missile that are "Hell for enemy vessels." The cruise missiles, which are reportedly nicknamed "God's hidden arrows," have varying ranges – some exceeding 1,000 kilometers – and are stored in "dozens" of bases throughout Iran which house hundreds and thousands of cruise missile in large tunnel networks. The report said that the missiles are ready to be fired from the base itself with no need for aboveground operations, making the base's activities hidden from spy satellites and radar systems.

One of the cruise missiles shown in the report is the "L-type Qadr-380" missile, which was produced by the IRGC Navy and which has anti-jamming capabilities, a range of over 1,000 kilometers, and "smart" guiding capabilities.

The report also showed the test launch of an Iranian cruise missile from Iranian mainland at a target in the Sea of Oman.

Reporter: "Wow, look at how many missiles! Are they all cruise missiles?"

Soldier: "Look, we have here some of the IRGC Navy's missile systems."

Narrator: "This is the safe hangar of the Iranian anti-destroyer cruise missiles."

Soldier: "They create Hell for the enemy vessels."

Narrator: "The [missiles] are called 'God's hidden arrows,' and they come now with a range of over 1,000 kilometers.

"Dozens of bases like this are built all over Iran. Kilometers of tunnels in the ground, it is much larger than we can show on camera. This base alone stores hundreds of naval cruise missiles, with ranges of 100-1,000 kilometers. Hundreds of 'God's hidden arrows,' are in the depth of the earth, ready to be fired from the corridors inside the base itself, without having to go above ground.

"They are hidden from the enemy's spy satellites and radars. All these are added to the force of thousands of Iran's naval cruise missiles that are deployed above ground, in order to launch a simultaneous attack on the targets."

Soldier: "This is an L-type Qdar-380 missile."

Narrator: "One of these missiles is being unveiled right now."

Soldier: "It is a product of the IRGC Navy, and has a range of over 1,000 km. It has anti-jamming capabilities."

Reporter: "So it cannot be diverted by jamming?"

Soldier: "It cannot be done."

Narrator: "On the other hand, the Qadr-380 has a smart guiding capability, until it hits the target.

Solider: "In other words, the missile itself decides on its trajectory, its altitude, and from what direction to attack the target. This is the moment that the missile is launched from the center of Iran, and its ability to lock on a target in the Sea of Oman is tested. Our capabilities grow from day to day, and we prepare ourselves to deal with any enemy, of any size, and in any geographical location."
