Houthi Leader Abdul-Malik Badreddin Al-Houthi said that the Americans strive to destroy the Yemenis' moral values and public health by establishing "thousands of prostitution networks" and deliberately distributing food and medical equipment that are contaminated with AIDS, cancer, and hepatitis. He made these remarks in an address aired on Al-Masirah TV (Houthis-Yemen) on March 10, 2021. He said that the Americans wants to spread moral corruption and vice in order to crush the Yemenis' spirit and moral values and to soften and corrupt the youth.

Abdul-Malik Badreddin Al-Houthi: "By targeting this country and its people, and this is something the Americans are doing throughout the Islamic nation... They have strived to spread moral corruption and vice, in order to crush our spirit and moral values, to soften and corrupt our youth so that they can control them, in order to ruin the social fabric, the cornerstone of which is the family. In order to achieve this, the [Americans] established thousands of prostitution networks.

"They have also strived to spread AIDS. They have promoted this. This is how the AIDS disease has become widespread. For that purpose, they established organizations that had two goals: to spread corruption and to spread, along with it, AIDS, in order to destroy the health of the youth and to spread diseases.

"Their goals is to destroy our spirit and moral values, as well as public health, with AIDS and other diseases. They have also purposely distributed food and medical equipment which were contaminated. Some of them were contaminated with AIDS, others contaminated with cancer, some contaminated with hepatitis, and other diseases as well."
