Al-Aqsa TV (Hamas-Gaza) toured supermarkets in the Gaza Strip that have recently reopened, in a February 25, 2025 report. Shoppers told the reporter that "everything is back to normal." They said that the shops are well stocked with all the products that were on offer before the war and that prices are even better than they had been before the war. The report covered two supermarkets in Nuseirat and one in Deir Al-Balah.
Host: "Life gradually returns to the Gaza Strip, after the great destruction left by the occupation in all aspects of life.

Customer 1: "Before this hypermarket [reopened], the prices were really high. Now the prices are reasonable. The prices are somewhat under control. As you can see, there is a variety of products and stuff."

"During the ceasefire, all the products came in. Many things are available, and for a reasonable price – much better than before."
