Egyptian Cleric Muhammad Al-Zoghbi Goes Off on an Antisemitic Rant: America, the West Are the Jews; There Cannot Be Peace with the Jews
Egyptian cleric Sheikh Muhammad Al-Zoghbi said in a March 25, 2019 show on Al-Rahma TV (Egypt) that the conflict between the Jews and the Muslims started with the Prophet Muhammad, who had been able to defeat the plots, traps, and tricks of the Jews and cleanse Medina of their filth. Al-Zoghbi said that there cannot be peace with the Jews and cited a hadith in which the Prophet Muhammad said that Judgement Day will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews, who will hide behind the rocks and the trees, which, in turn, will call to the Muslims to kill the Jews hiding behind them. Al-Zoghbi said that the Jews are killing Muslims with American weapons and added: "America is the Jews. The West is the Jews these days." He claimed that this is why Western countries say that they are responsible for Israel's security.
Following are excerpts:
Sheikh Muhammad Al-Zoghbi: The conflict between [the Jews] and the Muslims did not start now. I'm not talking about the Palestinians, but about the Muslims in general. The conflict with the Jews started with the Prophet Muhammad. Since the Prophet Muhammad was a great messenger, he succeeded – thanks to his truthfulness and steadfastness – to defeat the plots, traps, and tricks of the Jews. He defeated them everywhere and cleansed Medina of their filth.
The Prophet Muhammad informed us that this conflict would continue. Whoever says that there can be peace is lying. The Prophet Muhammad said: "Judgement Day will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews. The Jews will hide behind the rocks and the trees." There is another version in which they hide behind a wall. The rocks and trees will say:
"Oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him!"
The Jews killing and annihilating you with American weapons. America is the Jews. The West is the Jews these days. This is why every single Western country says: "The security of Israel lies on all of our shoulders."
