In a February 2, 2025 appearance on IRINN TV (Iran), Deputy IRGC Commander-in-Chief for Coordination General Mohammad-Reza Naghdi stated that there is no missile range or location in the world beyond the reach of Iran's technological capabilities. He emphasized that Iran possesses just as many underground "missile cities" as it does above ground. Naghdi also asserted that Iran has enough resources and capabilities to confront the United States, the "Zionist regime," and their allies.
Mohammad-Reza Naghdi: "Any [missile] range that the regime decides, and any location in the world that the regime wishes [to target], and in keeping with our Commander-in-Chief's decision that we should build missiles that could reach targets there – it is not beyond our technological capacity."

Interviewer: "How many of these missile cities do we really have?"
Naghdi: "We have just as many underground as we have above ground. As many cities... There are many... We cannot give precise information about the number."
Interviewer: "Of course."
Naghdi: "We have enough resources and capabilities to confront the United States, the Zionist regime, and their allies, while ensuring the security of our people, thank God."
