On December 10, 2021, a video was posted to the Chinese Haokan Video platform of Chinese Taoist nuns from the Nanyue Kun Taoist College receiving military training. The video shows the nuns wearing military fatigues, going on a morning run, and marching in formation.

Interviewer: "It's six o'clock in the morning, everyone's off for their morning run. How long has it been since the last time you ran like this?"

Nun 1: "I haven't run like this for a long time."

Interviewer: "How long do you think you can run these days?"

Nun 1: "I'm not sure, because I'm not really sure about my condition now, because I haven't run for a long time."

Nuns: "Thank you instructor."

Interviewer: "How do you feel about this run?"

Nun 2: "We only ran one lap today just in case we were not used to it at the beginning. And then after the run today, I got all sweaty. But the weather is cool. After morning exercise, the meridians of my whole body are open, which is quite comfortable."
