Mashhad Friday Sermon by Mohammad-Bagher Farzaneh: America Is against Humanity; Its Arrogance is No Different than Pharaoh's

#7159 | 01:45
Source: Khorasan Razavi TV (Iran)

Mohammad-Bagher Farzaneh said in a Friday sermon in Mashhad, Iran that aired on Khorasan Razavi TV (Iran) on April 5, 2019 that Iran should not "seek America's smile" and that the solution to Iran's problems does not lie in the JCPOA or in disarmament. He said that America's nature is against humanity and the audience chanted: "Death to America!" Imam Farzaneh said that the Quran describes arrogance as the "filthy, defiled, and rabid" quality that is the source of all the filth of humanity, and that it – along with atheism – is the cause of all the bloodshed, poverty, forgery, captivity, and massacres in history. Imam Farzaneh added that the arrogance of the 21st century is no different from Pharaoh's.

Mohammad-Bagher Farzaneh: We should not be seeking America’s smile. We should not think that the solution to our problems lies in the (JCPOA) agreement. We should not think that if we smile at them and remove our missiles and other things they will help us. America, by its nature, is against humanity.

Audience: Death to America!

Death to America!

Death to America!

Death to America!

Mohammad-Bagher Farzaneh: Our distinguished [officials] are invited to pick up the Quran, and see the filthy, defiled, and rabid portrayal of arrogance. [Arrogance] is the source of all the filth of humanity. Wherever there is something ugly in the Quran, arrogance is there. Arrogance is the source of all that. Arrogance and atheism are responsible for all the bloodshed, poverty, forgery, captivity, and massacres in history. Why don’t they accept this? Why do they think that the arrogance of the 21st century is different from the arrogance of Pharaoh?
