On October 10, 2020, the Armenian media outlet Aysor TV posted on YouTube a video showing Arabic-speaking militants fighting for Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh. According to the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, militants from Syria belonging to groups such as Jabhat Al-Nusra, Firkat Hamza, Sultan Murad, and some Kurdish groups are active in Nagorno-Karabakh fighting against Armenia.
Militant #1: "By the grace of Allah, we managed to rout those Armenian dogs. By the grace of Allah, their dead bodies are lying there. By the grace of Allah, their corpses are in large numbers.
