In an article in the October 14 daily, Yemeni columnist 'Ali 'Abdallah Taher accused the Jews of instigating the uprisings in the Arab world, based on instructions written in The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

The Jews Concocted "a Frightening Secret Plan for Enslaving the World and Subjugating it to Jewish Control"
"In the period between 1897 and 1951, the Jewish leaders held 23 congresses. The last of them, held August 14, 1951, dealt with the plan for Jewish immigration to Palestine and with the boundaries of the new state that had been established in [this] occupied Arab land. At this congress, studies were presented and debates were held in order to approve a frightening secret plan for enslaving the world and subjugating it to Jewish control. They set out their decisions, plans and recommendations, as well as the protocols of their meetings, in a [document] titled "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion," and erected barriers of secrecy around [these protocols], so that nobody would read them or disseminate them except for the elders of Zion.
"At a Masonic ritual in France, a Frenchwoman met in secret with one of the most prominent Jewish leaders, and managed to steal from him some secret documents and smuggle them out. These documents, the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, [detailed] some the decisions of the congress that had not yet been exposed. This [theft] prompted the Jewish leaders to fiercely guard the rest of their decisions, in order to keep them secret.
"The stolen copy of the documents reached one of the Russian leaders, Alexei Nikolayevich, who was deeply alarmed by what he read there, [namely] the satanic plans for enslaving the world, east and west, using Jewish capital. He handed the document over to his friend, the notable Russian scientist Sergei Nilus, who studied it and analyzed it. Comparing it to the events taking place in the world at the time, he was shocked to find an absolute correlation [between the document and the reality]. He printed [the protocols] in Russian in 1902. Their publication sparked a wave of rage against the Jews throughout the world, especially in Czarist Russia. The Jews went crazy when they saw the world waking up to their satanic crimes, and this [awakening] caused them to be massacred.

"The Jews [then] bought up every copy they could find of these protocols, until all the copies disappeared, except one that was acquired by the British Museum on August 10, 1906.
"When the Communist revolution broke out in Russia in 1917, the [British daily] Morning Post dispatched one of its top correspondents, [Victor Marsden], to this country to report on the revolution from there. Before setting out, [Marsden] wished to peruse some of the Russian books in the British Museum, including the copy [of the protocols], because he sensed its importance and value...
"Marsden was the first person in the world to translate the protocols, [for] all the other copies had been tracked down and destroyed by the Jews. This copy was translated into several languages, including into Arabic by Muhammad Khalifa Al-Tunisi, who called the translated book The Jewish Threat and the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. That is the book on which I am basing my article, and through it I mean to demonstrate the Zionist role in instigating conflicts in most of the Arab states, as is happening [right now] in Tunisia, Libya, Bahrain, Yemen, etc."
Various Websites Incited the Arabs against Their Leaders in Order to Make it Easier for the Jews to Take over the World
"The first signs of conflict appeared on some websites such as WikiLeaks, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others. These websites disseminated some secret documents in order to tarnish the reputation of some Arab leaders and undermine their people's faith in them by inciting the public against them and instigating dissent and conflict in various countries. All this, in order to make it easier [for the Jews] to take over the world and subjugate it to their needs.
"For example, let us read the tenth protocol of the elders of Zion, and then take a look at the state of the Arab nation today. Let us compare the current situation [of this nation] with what the Jews planned to do in their protocols. [The document states:] 'Our rule will begin when the people – torn by dissent and wracked with torment due to [financial] bankruptcy and disappointment in their leaders – cry out "down with them!"... In order to make the public utter this cry, there must be ongoing conflict in all the countries between the people and their governments, as well as hostility, wars, hatred, martyrdom, hunger, poverty, and spreading disease – until the peoples can find no escape from their difficulties and pains except by turning to the Jews and asking us to protect them with our rule and our capital.'
"Isn't this [exactly] what is happening today in some of the Arab countries? The tenth protocol ends with a warning not to be too tardy in exploiting events that constitute a golden opportunity [for the Jews] to achieve their goals, because [such events] will be difficult to repeat. [The protocol says:] 'We must understand that if we give the nation time to express itself, it will be difficult to create another opportunity of this sort.'
"This is what the Jews planned for us, and now they are plotting the course of our lives, exploiting our ignorance and lack of awareness, and causing our young people to implement [the Jews'] plans to take over our Arab and Muslim countries. Otherwise, how is it that the young people's protest and the demands to oust the leaders erupted in most of the Arab countries simultaneously? Isn't it Jewish capital that is behind the current events in our Arab states?"
