Palestinian Islamic scholar Samih Hajjaj said in an April 3, 2022 show on Al-Manar TV (Hizbullah – Lebanon) that the Palestinians are praying for Allah to grant them "aerial weapons" and planes so that they can use them against Israel. He explained that Israel has air superiority, but that its ground forces have to contend with Palestinian mujahideen. In addition, Hajjaj described how the Palestinian resistance first used stones, but now has rockets and armed forces. He also mentioned how Palestinian children are "in a state of [military] mobilization" and play with plastic Kalashnikov rifles and handguns.

"We Started Out With Stones, But Thanks To Allah, Today Our Mujahideen And Our Fighters In All The Armed Factions Have [Military] Equipment And Rockets"

Samih Hajjaj: "Our children are in a state of [military] mobilization. Our children's toys are plastic Kalashnikov rifles and handguns. This condition was imposed on our children by our suffering. As I told you, this spirit is regenerated and we will keep fighting this enemy. We started out with stones, but thanks to Allah, today our mujahideen and our fighters in all the armed factions have [military] equipment and rockets."

"We Hope That Allah Grants Us Aerial Weapons And Planes, So We Can Inflict Casualties On This Criminal Enemy"

"I and all the brothers are praying to Allah to grant our mujahideen brothers aerial weapons, because usually in our wars and rounds of fighting with this criminal enemy, their planes are striking us, our children, and our women. But if the enemy advances on the ground, it will find determination and force from our mujahideen and our fighters. We hope that Allah grants us aerial weapons and planes, so we can inflict casualties on this criminal enemy that occupies our land, usurps our freedom, and murders our mujahideen."
