Jaysh Al-Islam Denies Connection to Terrorist Imprisoned in Austria
In a communiqué posted January 29, 2009 on Islamist forums, the Salafi-jihadist Palestinian organization Jaysh Al-Islam denies any connection to Muhammad Shawqi Mahmoud, who is currently serving a four-year sentence in Austria for his involvement in producing a video threatening terrorist operations against Germany and Austria.
