On May 16, 2021, the Al-Qaeda-affiliated Gaza-based jihadi group Jaysh Al-Ummah Fi Bayt Al-Maqdis ("The Ummah Army In Jerusalem") released two statements claiming responsibility for a rocket attack on an Israeli settlement and celebrating the car-ramming attack in Jerusalem, urging Palestinians to wage jihad against Israel, and "revive the glory of martyrdom operations."

On May 16, 2021, The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in the West Bank, the military wing of the Palestinian Fatah movement, issued a statement instructing its fighters to answer its call for general mobilization, known as "Al-Nafir," to defend Jerusalem, the 1948 territories, and the Gaza Strip, which it said are under intense Israeli bombardment.

On May 16, 2021, a Telegram channel affiliated with Iran-backed militias in Iraq shared a video featuring a commander in the Iran-backed Popular Mobilization Units (PMU), saying that Iraqi Shi'ite fighters had been deployed to help Palestinians in their ongoing fight against the Israelis.

On May 17, 2021, the Gaza-based Hamas military wing 'Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades published a report on its website warning Israel that it will bomb Tel Aviv again if Israel does not stop bombing civilians' homes.

In a May 17, 2021 press conference in the Hizbullah stronghold of Dahiya in Beirut, Lebanon, the head of Hizbullah's Executive Council Hashim Safi Al-Din, Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Ziyad Al-Nakhaleh, and Hamas Political Bureau member Osama Hamdan condemned Israel for its attacks on Gaza and expressed their support for the "resistance" factions.

Al-Qaeda Affiliate In Gaza Jaysh Al-Ummah Claims Responsibility For Two Rocket Attacks In Israel
On May 18, 2021, the Al-Qaeda-affiliated Gaza-based jihadi group Jaysh Al-Ummah Fi Bayt Al-Maqdis ("The Ummah Army In Jerusalem") released two statements claiming responsibility for two rocket attacks on Israeli targets.
On May 17, 2021, Al-Qaeda's central media wing released a statement celebrating the Gaza "fighters" who launched rockets on Israeli targets as "blessed mujahideen."
Hamas Military Wing Introduces 'Locally-Manufactured' Drone For Intelligence Gathering
On May 13, 2021, the 'Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, revealed its use of suicide drones.
On May 19, 2021, Syrian jihadi group Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) released a video featuring its leader, Abu Muhammad Al-Joulani, meeting with four commanders of the group's military wing.
On May 16, 2021, the Syria-based jihadi group Ansar Al-Din Front released a statement stressing that Muslims everywhere must support the Palestinian cause.
On May 19, 2021, an outlet which supports the pro-Iranian Shi'ite militias in Iraq and boasts 100,000 subscribers on Telegram, published a photograph of supporters of the Al-Nujaba movement.
