ISIS Claims Murders Of 15 Christian Civilians In The Congo
On July 23, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) Central Africa Province reported that on the previous day its operatives had attacked a bus carrying "Christian unbelievers" near the city of Beni in the DRC.
In a coverpage article on Afghanistan, the latest issue of the English-language ISIS magazine Sawt Al-Hind ("The Voice of India") accuses the Afghan Taliban leadership of abandoning the original meaning of jihad.
