EXCLUSIVE: ISIS Urges Muslims To Kill Westerns During Final Days Of Ramadan

 

On July 1, 2016, the media office of the Islamic State (ISIS) in Al-Jazeera province released a video in which it called on Muslims living in the West to kill "polytheists" during the final days of the month of Ramadan. In the video, which is titled "The Month of Quran and Jihad" and was posted on pro-ISIS Twitter accounts, ISIS encouraged Muslims to read the Quran, join the jihad during Ramadan, and take part in jihadi activities as a means to accumulate greater rewards from Allah.

 

EXCLUSIVE: Pro-ISIS Hacking Group Releases List Of 3,247 Individuals, Mostly Minority, Arrested In Dallas 2014-2016; Leaks List Of What It Claims Are Police Salaries

 

On July 8, 2016, the Caliphate Cyber Army (CCA), a pro-ISIS hacking group on Telegram, released a list of 3,247 individuals, both men and women, arrested in Dallas, Texas during 2014-2016, most of them minority. The list includes other details such as location of arrest, and whether the individual arrested was armed. It should be noted that ISIS supporters have exploited racial tensions in the West before. 

 

EXCLUSIVE: Bengali ISIS Fighters Praise Dhaka Attack, Say Mujahideen Will Kill 'Crusaders' Anywhere

 

On July 5, 2016, the media office of the Islamic State (ISIS) in Raqqa province, Syria, released a video featuring three fighters from Bangladesh praising the killings of 22 people inside the Artisan Bakery in the capital city of Dhaka. Responsibility for the attack was claimed by ISIS, and the group released photos of the five attackers. The video, which is titled "To the Knights of the Caliphate in Bangladesh" and was posted on pro-ISIS Twitter accounts, features speakers threatening "Christians, Crusaders, Jews and their allies" with similar attacks, and saying that the mujahideen will kill them "wherever they find them."

 

EXCLUSIVE: Ayman Al-Zawahiri Urges Uighur Jihadis To Reject ISIS

 

On July 3, 2016, Al-Qaeda released the ninth installment in the "Islamic Spring" series of speeches delivered by its leader, Ayman Al-Zawahiri." In this speech, about 38 minutes long, Al-Zawahiri addresses the Uighurs [whom he calls the Muslims of East Turkestan], praising them for adhering to Islam despite the persecution of the Chinese authorities. He also commends their fighters for joining forces with Al-Qaeda in Syria and with the Taliban in Afghanistan, while urging them, in the name of Muslim unity, to remain loyal to Al-Qaeda and reject the Islamic State (ISIS).

On July 1, 2016, Al-Sahab, the media arm of Al-Qaeda, released a video featuring group leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri threatening American citizens with "severe consequences" if the U.S executes Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev or any Muslim prisoner.

 

EXCLUSIVE: Self-Declared North Carolina Grandmother Part Of ISIS Clique On Facebook

 

A grandmother from Charlotte, North Carolina, frequently voices her support for the Islamic State on her Facebook page, and is part of a large clique of likeminded ISIS supporters on the social network. She quotes radical Islamist clerics and preachers, discusses jihad, current events, and circulates pro-ISIS materials, such as Telegram channels, or memes featuring ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, for example. Miller also justified the June 12, 2016, shooting in Orlando. According to her, she is 56 and had studied at Mercer University in Georgia.

 

EXCLUSIVE: NYC ISIS Supporter Launches GoFundMe Page To Supplement Rent

 

On July 6, 2016, a female ISIS supporter on Facebook posted a link to a GoFundMe page she created in order to help pay her rent. GoFundMe is a crowdfunding platform allowing users to raise money for various causes.

 

EXCLUSIVE: ISIS Supporters Create Matrimonial Group On Telegram

 

The "Baqiya Matrimony" group, aimed at pairing up ISIS supporters, was created June 9, 2016 on Telegram, and was also advertised on Facebook. 

 

Members Of Filipino Jihadi Group Join Islamic State In The Philippines

 

On July 4, 2016, Islamic State (ISIS) supporters published a series of photographs of the Filipino Jihadi group Al-Muhajir Battalion, showing a ceremony in which its members declare allegiance to "the Caliph of the Muslims" [Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi] and announce that they are joining the "Soldiers of the Islamic State in the Philippines."

 

Islamic State Threatens Kurds, Barzani

On June 2, 2016, the Islamic State (ISIS) in Ninawa province posted a video, about 15-minutes long, titled "Ramadan - Month of Jihad," documenting the organization's battles against the "apostates" in the region, chiefly the Kurdish Peshmerga forces, during the month of Ramadan. The video was posted on an ISIS-affiliated Telegram channel and elsewhere.

 

New Video By ISIS In West Africa Shows Attack On Niger Army Base In Bosso Area

 

On July 6, 2016, the information office of the Islamic State (ISIS) in West Africa (formerly Boko Haram) published a 14-minute video titled "Raid on Niger." 

 

ISIS Names British National As Perpetrator Of VBIED Attack In Iraq

 

On June 3, 2016, ISIS in "Saladin Province" in Iraq issued a statement claiming responsibility for a suicide attack carried out that day on Iraqi soldiers north of the town of Baiji.

 

'My Vengeance' - New French-Language ISIS Song Justifies Terror In Europe, Praises Paris And Brussels Attacks

 

On July 5, 2016, the Al-Hayat Media Center, part of the Islamic State's (ISIS) official media apparatus, released a new nasheed [Islamic song] in French. The song praises the November 2015 Paris attacks and the March 2016 Brussels attacks, and also mentions the Hypercacher attack carried out by Amedy Coulibaly in Paris in January, 2015.

 

ISIS Video Sets Out Structure Of Caliphate State

On July 6, 2016, the Islamic State (ISIS) Al-Furqan media company released a video setting out the structure of the caliphate state. The slickly produced 15-minute video, which was posted on pro-ISIS channels on Telegram, was released in several languages. It details the Islamic State's departments, offices, and committees, but the only official it names is Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, ISIS's self-appointed caliph. 

 

Bank Al-Ansar - The 'Supporters Bank' - Supplies Jihadis With Ready-To-Use Facebook, Twitter Accounts

 

Bank Al-Ansar, "The Supporters Bank," is an entity on Twitter and Telegram that acts as a supply bank for new Twitter and Facebook accounts to Islamic State (ISIS) supporters. The entity provides anyone requesting a working account on those platforms with the login information to brand new accounts.

 

ISIS Radio Launches Experimental Website On The Dark Web

 

The Islamic State's (ISIS) official radio station, Al-Bayan, is currently testing a website to broadcast its content on the Dark Web. For several months now, Al-Bayan's content has been accessible on multiple websites on the Clearnet - the "visible" part of the Internet, which is accessed directly from a user's browser. However, the broadcast on those websites was often interrupted.

 

Pro-ISIS Hacking Group Release Kill List With 1,693 Names Of 'Crusaders And Jews' In U.S.

 

On July 3, 2016, the pro-ISIS hacking group Caliphate Cyber Army (CCA) released a kill list containing the names of 1,693 "crusaders and Jews" in U.S. cities including Chicago, San Diego, Phoenix, San Antonio, Boston, and Colorado Springs.

 

Poem By Female Jihadi Praises Orlando Attack, Threatens U.S.

 

On July 6, 2016, the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel of Al-Sumoud media company published a poem praising the June 12 Orlando attack.

 

Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) Condemns Medina Suicide Bombing, Calls On Sunni Muslims To Unite

 

On July 5, 2016, the Syrian branch of the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP), a pro released a statement condemning the suicide attack targeting security officers near the Prophet Muhammad's mosque in the city of Medina, Saudi Arabia. The statement, which was posted on the Telegram channel of Sawt Al-Islam, TIP's official media arm, also called on Sunni Muslims to unite in order to counter any "wicked idea targeting the people of the Sunnah and their sacred [sites]."

 

Fundraising Campaign To Arm Jihadis In Gaza Solicits Donations Via Bitcoin

 

The "Jahezona" ("Equip Us") campaign, which has been running for almost a year, and aims to raise funds for the mujahideen in Gaza for weapons purchasing and development, has recently solicited donation via the cryptocurrency Bitcoin.
