ISI Claims Responsibility for the Killing of Salah Al-Din Salvation Council Head

On October 7, 2007, the Islamist website www.alekhlaas.org/forum/index.php, hosted by CrystalTech Web Hosting Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona, posted a communiqué by the ISI in which the organization took responsibility for the recent killing of Mu'awiyya Al-Jabbara, head of the Salah Al-Din Salvation Council. The Council represents several Iraqi tribal militias that oppose Al-Qaeda in Iraq.
