The fifth issue of Inspire, the English-language magazine of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), published March 29, 2011, featured an interview with Qasem Al-Raymi, also known as Abu Huraira Al-San'ani, the group's military commander. In the interview, Al-Raymi attacked President Obama and defended Al-Qaeda against his charge that it killed more Muslims than non-Muslims. Addressing Muslims living in the West, he called on them to carry out attacks there in retaliation for U.S. bombings in Waziristan and Israel's bombings of the Palestinians. It is clear from the text that the interview was conducted in Arabic and translated into English.
