The group posted a video of its leader and another prominent member. The video argued that Russian authorities are planning to implement a system using QR codes to track who received the COVID-19 vaccine, saying that is part of a plant to subjugate the Russian people and create a "New World Order."
The video claimed that Russian authorities, in their anti-Russian policies, follow the orders of the creators of the "New World Order." According to the video, the alleged QR code system will assign QR codes to people, which will be used for travel and visiting public places, as well as in purchasing food. Thus, claimed the video, an effective system of population control through food distribution is being created.
In addition, the two speakers argued that other elements of population control already exist, in the form of bank credits and interests. They called on viewers to abandon electronic payment, QR codes, and the use of medical masks.
The speakers urged viewers to join their group, claiming that they were forming a resistance.
