In an article in the Egyptian government weekly Al-Liwaa Al-Islami, Hassan Al-Hafanawi wrote that Israel's destruction was inevitable because it was prophesied in the Torah, the New Testament, and the Koran. Following are excerpts:

Israel's End – An Irrefutable Koranic Prophecy

"The Al-Isra [Night Journey] surah [Koran chapter] discusses the Sons of Israel, their dangerous role in this world, and their inevitable end. The surah warns the Muslims of the weak spots the enemy can [exploit] in order to kill them. For this reason, it is called 'the Surah of the Sons of Israel.' It begins and concludes by discussing the origins and the demise of the Sons of Israel in numerous verses that all relate the same irrefutable Koranic prophecy...

"Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, revealed the Torah, which contains instruction and light, but [the Sons of Israel] did not follow the path [of the Torah], distorting everything it said for materialistic ends, and taking the law into their own hands, as Allah, may He be glorified, said: 'And We had made known to the Children of Israel in the Book: Most certainly you will make mischief in the land twice, and most certainly you will behave with great insolence [Koran 17:4].' That is to say, He decreed in the Torah that [the Sons of Israel] would make mischief in the land, tyrannize the servants of Allah, and be too arrogant to obey their Lord, such that their end would be ruin and annihilation. Allah proclaimed that [this would happen twice], and both times would present a grave danger, [threatening] to extinguish Allah's light and destroy mankind...

"Allah, may He be praised, clarified the reason for the Prophet's Night Journey, saying [that it was] 'so that We might show to him Our signs [Koran 17:1].' He showed the Prophet great miracles and revealed to him many of the secrets of existence and much hidden knowledge. [Allah,] may He be glorified and exalted, even assembled [other] prophets and messengers around [Muhammad] who pledged their allegiance to him... so that the Prophet would thereafter lead humanity to God though the path of righteousness and the religion of truth [i.e., Islam].

"The Sons of Israel, whom Allah humiliated after the attempt of Banu Al-Nadir to assassinate the Prophet, were warned and received prophecy, and Allah sent His servants to rule over them, led by [the second Caliph] 'Omar Bin Al-Khattab, in accordance with [His] true promise, by way of humiliating the Jews and exalting the Muslims: 'So when the time for the first of the two [great sins of the Sons of Israel] came, We sent over you Our servants, of mighty prowess, so they went to and fro among the houses, and [Allah's] promise was fulfilled [Koran 17:5].' This notwithstanding, 'Omar, may Allah's favor be upon him, said: 'Sometimes, Allah places one people under the rule of another people that is worse than it is, as he sent the idol-worshippers to rule over the Sons of Israel.' In the same way, Allah sent the Jews to rule over us [Muslims] when we were undeserving of His favor, renouncing His religion and revoking the punishments [He decreed], preferring [instead] to be led by empty slogans invented by the Jews and their followers in order to crush the Muslims' strength and destroy the land."

The Jews Falsified the Torah and Published The Protocols of the Elders of Zion

"[The Jews] falsified the Torah and published The Protocols of the Elders of Zion and the Talmud in order to spread corruption, atheism, and abominable practices, [and they will continue to do] until the promised end, when Allah will send his servants to restore the honor to the holy [Al-Aqsa] mosque. This is the end that Allah decreed for the destruction of Israel. Their inevitable end was made a known [fact], as confirmed by Allah's own words: 'If you again return [to sin], We too will revert [to punishment].' [Koran 17:8] The [Sahih] Muslim relates... that 'the Messenger of Allah... said: Judgment Day will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews, and the Muslims will kill them, and the Jews will hide behind stones and trees, and the stones and the trees will say: Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.' This means that [the Jews] will [sink] to such a degree of corruption and tyranny that even the rocks of the land will despise them, fight them, and help the Muslims against them."

The Jews Have No Right to the Land of Israel

"The prophecy of [the Jews'] end appears in the Torah, the New Testament, and the Koran. The book Al-Ard, which the Jews themselves wrote and claimed to be the Torah handed down by Allah, was written only in order to prove their [right of] to the Promised Land, and [to prove] that they are Allah's Chosen People. Even the Book of Genesis itself, which some regard as the [true story of] the world's creation, is actually [the story of] the creation of the people of Israel and the Land of Israel. Thirty pages tell of the creation of the heavens and the earth, beginning with [the creation of] Adam, on to Noah, and all the way to Abraham, peace be upon them. Afterward, there are 150 pages about Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, about visions and dreams, and about how Allah revealed Himself to each of them, saying, 'To you and your seed I shall give this land.'

"Then there is the hadith of Joseph, who says to his brothers: 'I will die, but Allah will look over you and bring you out of this land [i.e., Egypt] to the land that was created for Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.' All this goes to prove [the Jews'] ownership of a land to which they have no right, and [to enable them] to extend their rule over the world, as Allah's Chosen People. But Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, decided to punish them, telling the Sons of Israel at the end of the surah of the Night Journey: 'When the promise of the Hereafter shall come to pass, we shall gather you together in judgment [Koran 17:104].'"

Israel's End Will Come By 2025

"In the surah of the Night Journey, Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, explicitly told the believers, with hints, signs, and proofs, the prophecy of Israel's imminent end. The prophecy of [Israel's] end – and what an end it will be – is an existing fact. Whether you believe it or not, a story is told of a very strange occurrence that took place on May 15, 1948, in an eastern suburb of Baghdad. On the morning of that day, people noticed an old Jewish woman screaming, crying bitterly, slapping her cheeks, and covering her head with dirt, rather than rejoicing over the establishment of the State of Israel in Palestine. The people gathered around her in astonishment, since [at that time] Jews everywhere were celebrating the declaration of the establishment of their Hebrew state, the dream realized by Balfour with the help of Great Britain and a number of traitorous agents in Europe and the U.S. An old man approached the woman, a broad smile spreading across his face, and patted her on the shoulder. The old woman ceased lamenting and looked at him, wiping away her tears, and he said to her, 'I know what distresses you. Tell the people what is in [your heart].'

"Shaking the dirt from her head, the old woman said, 'The ancient Jewish books [prophesy] that this state will vanish within a short space of time, no more than 75 years after the declaration of its establishment. As a Jew, I feel deathly pain, since this means that the establishment [of the State] is the declaration of its end. As a Jew I detest this and wish for this state to remain forever.' The old man said, 'Your ancient books were right, old woman. This is an inexorable fact.' When the woman heard these words, she resumed yelling and screaming, while, to the people's astonishment, the old man suddenly vanished, just as he had appeared.

"A mathematics expert at Oxford University [heard this story], and launched a years-long investigation, until he achieved results that confirmed the old Jewish woman's prophecy. At the same time, several Jewish experts throughout the world who were [also] familiar with the prophecy reached [the conclusion] that the State of Israel would not survive past the year 2025... and that [Israel's] end might even occur two years earlier than that. Likewise, several rabbis who studied the Torah in depth say that [the Sons of Israel] began exhibiting the excessive arrogance [prophesied] in the Koran in the last years of the 20th century, and that [this arrogance] will increase in the first years of the 21st century, after which [Israel's] end will come – and what a terrible end [it will be] for the country of the Jews.

"The truly strange thing is that the greatest astrologist of all time, Nostradamus, confirmed in his prophecies that the world would witness the end of a foreign state on Arab lands before the thirtieth year of the [21st] century... In the prophecy of Armageddon in the Book of Revelation, the prophet John [of Patmos] emphasizes that the Kingdom of Israel would come to an end when the planet Pluto became visible from Earth, and this planet actually appeared in 1999, for the first time in some 30,000 years. In [Greek] mythology, [Pluto] is the lord of the dead and god of the underworld. What is more, according to Christian theology, the number 999 signifies the beginning of the anticipated end of the Jews, the beginning of the countdown...

"The honorable Koran predicted this end in miraculously clear verses, [prophesying] that Israel will eventually disappear beyond all remembrance."[1]
