Al-Qaeda Sheikh Calls to Eradicate "Infidel" Regimes, Enforce Shari'a in Arabian Peninsula

Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (APAQ) has issued a 30-minute audio recording titled "Haqiqat Al-Hukkam" (The Truth about Rulers), featuring an address by one of its members, Yemeni Sheikh Abu Al-Zubair 'Adel Al-'Abbab. The recording, produced by AQAP's media company Al-Malahim, is dated Dhu Al-Qi'dah 1430 (October-November 2009) and was posted October 22, 2009 on the Islamist site Al-Faluja. It deals with the issue of "infidel rulers" in the Muslim world - particularly in the Arabian Peninsula - and calls for jihad against them and for the complete enforcement of the shari'a. ...
