Saudi Writer: Israel Is A Peace-Loving Country; Iran And Turkey Are Enemies Of The Arabs

May 27, 2020
Iran, Saudi Arabia, Turkey | Special Dispatch No. 8769
In a pro-Israeli article in the liberal Arabic website Elaph.com, Saudi writer and author Khalid Turki Aal Turki wrote that Israel is a peaceful country "by any standard",  which is scientifically advanced and extends assistance in the field of health to others, including the Palestinians. In this, he argued, it contrasts with Turkey and Iran, which who spread their extremist ideologies in the Arab countries and support the militias within them, and are thus the true enemies of the Arabs. He concluded by saying that logic and reality dictate that the Arabs should forge peace with Israel for a joint fight against their common enemies, whom he called the "the forces of evil and terror." Khalid Turki Aal Turki (Source: Elaph.com) The following are translated excerpts from his article:[1] "If we want to be honest with ourselves, before anything else, then let us listen to the voice of  logic, rather than to sentiments, which by their very nature are affected by every shrill claim in the media, be it accurate or false. Israel is a peace-loving country by any yardstick. From the day of its establishment until today, we have never heard, read or seen Israel working to spread any ideology or belief in other countries, or to support militias [within them], as Iran and Turkey are doing. Ask anyone on the street in an Arab country who is behind all the destruction and extremism in the Middle East, and he will immediately tell you: Iran and Turkey. "In this article I will not discuss the issue of yes or no to normalization, for the newspapers and websites are full of it. Instead I will merely shed light on Israel's achievements and immense service to science and humanity, and will then let the Arab citizen judge. "Israel dispatches doctors to treat the sick in impoverished African countries and elsewhere without recompense. It also treats many Palestinians, even some who tried to commit terror attacks to murder innocent Israelis! Israel still strives for peace with all Arab countries; it is a state that respects human rights and the sovereignty of [other] states; in the field of science, it excels on a global level and occupies a leading position in scientific research; Israeli universities are high on the list of the world's [best] universities; Israel is considered an arms-producing country and assists other countries, such as India, in their military industry; the Israeli Watergen company has managed to create a device to produce water from air; Medicine and medical research are proceeding full thrust in Israel. In fact, it has become the preferred location for medical treatment for many, to the point that senior Palestinian officials do not find a better place than Israel for receiving good medical treatment and care. "This is but a drop in the ocean. After all this, I believe that, by any logic and in view of reality, the interest of the Arab homeland [indeed] lies with Israel, just as Israel's interests lie with the Arab homeland – for circumstances and geography have decreed that we all to join hands in order to destroy the forces of evil and terror and delineate a path to peace that both we and the future generations will enjoy."   [1] Elaph.com, May 21, 2020.

Egyptian Islamic Scholar Dr. Haitham Talaat: Atheists Are A Thousand Times Worse Than Terrorists

#8027 | 01:44
Source: The Internet - "Dr. Talaat on YouTube"

Egyptian Islamic scholar Dr. Haitham Talaat said in video that he uploaded to his YouTube channel on March 27, 2020, that atheists are social outcasts with whom people should not have a dialogue. He said that atheists are infidels and apostates who are guilty of the worst crime in the world and who are a thousand times worse than terrorists or armed robbers. Dr. Talaat said that engaging in dialogue with atheists can lead one to become an infidel, to become nihilistic, and to believe that human beings are "just advanced fish." He added that the "inevitable outcome" of absorbing these ideas is suicide.

Haitham Talaat: "Some good people want to promote a dialogue with the atheists. This is problematic for a number of reasons.

[...]

"Atheists are social outcasts. Therefore, they are looking for every possible way to normalize relations with society. People instinctively reject atheists and are repelled by them. So if we promote a dialogue with them, people might ask themselves: 'Are we more zealous about Islam than that Sheikh?' People will start accepting the atheists and this is exactly what the atheists want. By doing so, we are paving the way for normalization with atheism. We are making people forget that atheists are infidels and apostates who perpetrate the biggest crime in the world. There is no greater danger to our nation than the atheists. The crime of atheism is worse than terrorism or armed robbery a thousand times worse. The worst thing that an armed robber or a terrorist can do is to rob you of your world in other words, to kill you. The atheist robs you of the world to come. He makes you lose your religion. And after you lose your religion and become an infidel, he tells you: 'By the way, this world is nothing. It is governed by nihilism. We are just advanced fish. Moral values are an illusion and the world around you is a hallucination. It is nothing but matter and physical laws without any meaning, value, or purpose.' If you absorb these atheistic presumptions, the inevitable outcome is suicide."

Lebanese Singer Ragheb Alama: The Lebanese Army Should Take Control Of Lebanon By Force, Establish A Military Regime, Arrest Corrupt Officials, Interrogate Them Live On TV

#8025 | 01:21
Source: Murr TV (Lebanon)

Lebanese singer Ragheb Alama said in a May 25, 2020 interview on MTV [Lebanon] that the only solution for Lebanon is for the Lebanese Army to take control of the country by force, establish a military regime, arrest the corrupt officials who have plundered and stolen from the Lebanese, and interrogate them live on TV. He said that no one is more transparent and moral than the Lebanese Army and that he supports the establishment of such a regime as long as there is a mechanism that would prevent it from doing as it pleases. When asked where the people arrested by the army should be put, Alama answered: "The Lebanese Army [knows] very well how to do its job."

Ragheb Alama: "It seems to me that the only solution for Lebanon is for the Lebanese Army to take power and hold accountable all the corrupt [officials] who have stolen and plundered..."

Host: "A military government? A military regime?"

Alama: "Yes, I support it, but with oversight. There should be a mechanism to prevent it from doing whatever it wants, but what was taken from the Lebanese people by force will only be restored by force, and I believe that no one is more transparent and moral than the Lebanese Army. There is no dispute over the Lebanese army. It should take control of the country by force and transparently, interrogate people on live TV. This should not be used to settle political scores."

Host: "Where would we put all those people?"

Alama: "If the Lebanese Army takes over, it will know very well how to do its job."

Iranian Political Analyst Mojtaba Zakerian: Report About The Holocaust Were 'Media Tales' Intended To Encourage Jewish Immigration To Palestine; Jews Who Objected Were Executed

#8023 | 01:14
Source: Khorasan Jonoobi TV (Iran)

In a May 22, 2020 interview with Khorasan Jonoobi TV (Iran), Iranian political analyst Mojtaba Zakerian said that the Zionists had made agreements with Nazi Germany and that "the story" about the murder of the Jews or crematoria were merely "media tales" that were meant to prepare the public opinion of the world for the establishment of Israel. He said that these stories were also meant to encourage Jews to emigrate from Europe to Palestine, that rabbis were imprisoned protesting this, and that "eminent Jews" had been executed because they objected to going to Palestine. Zakerian added that many of those who immigrated to Palestine were thugs, riffraff, and criminals, as he said had been the case with ISIS.

Mojtaba Zakerian: "There is evidence of agreements between the Zionists and Nazi Germany. The story about the murder of Jews and about the crematoria were media tales aimed at preparing the world's public opinion [for the establishment of Israel]. They meant to portray the Jews as oppressed so that they begin to emigrate [from Europe]. Let me tell you, these things were historically documented. They say that Muslims sold them their lands. Many of those who were forced to emigrate [from Europe] were Jews. Jewish rabbis who protested this were imprisoned. Many eminent Jews were executed because they objected to going [to Palestine]. Many of the Zionist who immigrated [to Palestine] were not Jews. Many of them were thugs, riffraff that... It's just like the story of ISIS. Many people on death row were brought there and were told: 'You were on death row anyway. Go and kill to say alive.'"

Jordanian Journalist Malik Al-Athamneh: We Should Consider Jordanian Annexation Of The West Bank Since The Two-State Solution Is Over And The PA Is A Failure

#8022 | 02:08
Source: Alghad TV (U.K.)

Brussels-based Jordanian journalist Malik Al-Athamneh said in a May 15, 2020 interview on Alghad TV (U.K.) that Jordanian annexation of the West Bank should be considered as an option, in contrast to possible Israeli annexation of the West Bank. He justified his statement by saying that the West Bank had been under Jordanian sovereignty for many years in the past, that a two-state solution is unlikely to occur, that Jordanian control of the West Bank can guarantee the geographical rights of the Palestinian people without affecting Palestinian demographics, and that the Palestinian Authority has proven to be incompetent in governing the West Bank. He asked: "Do you want a state with a flag and a red carpet, or do you want the people to have demographic rights in their geographical [territory]?"

Malik Al-Athamneh: "What about the years of Jordanian sovereignty in the West Bank? Call it whatever you want - forced annexation, unity of both sides of the [Jordan] River, whatever you want to call it...This is de facto a part of history.

[...]

"Wasn't the West Bank under Jordanian sovereignty before the occupation and even years after of occupation? Didn't it remain effectively connected to the east bank of the [Jordan] River, as was manifested by the use of the Jordanian Dinar [there] and by the transit that took place on the bridge connecting [both banks of the river]?"

Interviewer: "Are you suggesting this, or are you just saying that it is possible?"

Al-Athamneh: "I am not the one suggesting this. This is a discussion that is taking place in Europe amongst Jordanians and Palestinians. The Palestinian Authority has expired. Let's not delude ourselves anymore. The PA has expired and is nothing but a corrupt regime...

[...]

"I am not talking about an annexation to Jordan in the same way that the Israeli political right is talking about it, nor am I talking about deporting the Palestinians there. It is very important to correctly understand what I am saying. I am saying that if we want to confront the annexation... Do you want a red carpet and a Palestinian Authority that exists to please Abu Mazen, or do you want the Palestinians to have rights on their land? If you want both the geography and the demographics, let's work on this issue.

[...]

"It seems that the two-state solution is not going to happen, and Israel is counting on that. When will the Palestinian powers ever agree [to a two-state solution]? That's impossible. The Palestinian Authority has proven its total incompetence in ruling over a small part of the West Bank. This is why we must reshuffle our cards. Do you want a state with a flag and a red carpet, or do you want the people to have demographic rights in their geographical [territory]?"
