In a Pashtu-language article, a pro-Afghan Taliban website accuses the National Resistance Front (NRF) of working for Western interests in Afghanistan by fighting the Taliban. The NRF, led by Ahmad Massoud, is a leading anti-Taliban resistance group.

The article says that the NRF is sowing ethnic discord among Afghans, unlike the Taliban who eradicate ethnic biases and forge Afghan and Islamic unity. It refers to NRF as "the group of evil and corruption."

"Considering the current state of the group of evil and corruption [i.e., the NRF], it can be said that their online resistance will also end very soon, and the people will be freed from their troubles," the article's author Abdullah Zahid says, indicating the Taliban's plan to use social media against NRF and other anti-Taliban resistance groups in Afghanistan.

Following are excerpts from the article:

"[The NRF] Aim To Spread Division And Ethnic Prejudice Among The Afghan People Through Such Actions; They Stoke Conflicts Between The Pashtun, Tajik, Uzbek, And Hazara Communities"

"Why Are Divisions Within The Group Of Evil And Corruption Increasing Day By Day?

"Divisions among the group of evil and corruption [i.e., National Resistance Front, or NRF] are increasing day by day because the group's primary goal is personal gain and the implementation of foreign projects. This situation leads to the destruction of unity and brotherhood among Afghans and promotes discord, which is also their main objective. The leaders of this group, such as Ahmad Massoud, Abdul Rashid Dostum, Amrullah Saleh, Mohaqiq, and others, criticize each other to gain the support of foreign intelligence organizations, money, and assert leadership within the group.

"Nasrat Iqbal, who is a key member of the group of evil and corruption, made remarks about Ahmad Massoud during a Twitter Space session; he called Ahmad Massoud a 'deceiver' and a liar. Nasrat Iqbal added: 'Ahmad Massoud has told his supporters to insult, demean, and reject Afghan ethnic groups, and spread discord among them.' Nasrat Iqbal also stated: 'Ahmad Massoud and his uncle are in conflict with each other over money.'

"This situation and these statements reveal the reality that the leaders of the group of evil and corruption fuel prejudice and discord among ethnic groups for their personal interests. They aim to spread division and ethnic prejudice among the Afghan people through such actions. They stoke conflicts between the Pashtun, Tajik, Uzbek, and Hazara communities. They each stand in opposition to one another; they have divided themselves under regional names such as Panjshiri, Faryabi, Mazari, and others, further attempting to divide the nation."

"Foreign Intelligence Organizations Give Money To The Group Of Evil And Corruption To Implement Western Projects And Fight The Taliban, Which Causes Disputes Among Them Over This Money"

"On the other hand, the Taliban, after coming to power, have taken serious steps to eliminate prejudice. They strive to unite the entire nation as one Muslim and Afghan, working to eradicate ethnic biases such as those between Pashtun, Tajik, Uzbek, and regional divisions, and have been largely successful in this regard.

"Foreign intelligence organizations give money to the group of evil and corruption to implement Western projects and fight the Taliban, which causes disputes among them over this money. The leaders of this group, especially Ahmad Massoud, incite their people to discord and ethnic discrimination in order to achieve their personal gains; they are told to insult ethnic groups on social media. They attempt to pave the way for the implementation of Western evil objectives, so they can receive money from foreign intelligence organizations.

"One important reason for the divisions within this group is the increasing disputes over fake power; while they do not hold a single piece of land in all of Afghanistan, nor can they return to the country, nor can they resist the Taliban inside Afghanistan. However, they engage in disputes over leadership and fake power in foreign countries.

"The goal of the group of evil and corruption is solely money, power, and safeguarding Western interests in the region. They do not care who provides them with funds or which projects are implemented in the region. They do not consider how dangerous this could be for the Afghan, Muslim people, and the region. Their only aim is power and money, for which they are ready to take any action.

"The Afghan people no longer trust their false slogans. With the financial support of foreign intelligence circles, they expand discord among Afghans and division among ethnic groups to maintain their existence. However, Alhamdulillah [Praise be to Allah], they have largely failed in every field.

"Considering the current state of the group of evil and corruption, it can be said that their online resistance will also end very soon, and the people will be freed from their troubles. A person [group] that has such internal divisions before even gaining power can never determine the future of a country. For this reason, there is no possibility that the people will trust them."
