Recently, Indian news outlet published a profile, titled as "How Lucknow-Educated Chinese Cleric Lit The First Jihad Fire In Xinjiang," of Hai Weiliang, a jihadi ideologue and founder of the jihadi movement in China's Xinjiang province.
