British ISIS Member Instructs Lone Wolves to Attack Ceme Innovation Centre Outside London

On May 27, 2015, British ISIS fighter Junaid Hussain, whose Twitter handle is AbuHussainAlBritani,[1] apparently issued instructions for his followers to carry out an attack at a specific time and place.

His tweet reads: "Latitude :51:517699 | Longitude 0.171864| Date: 12/06/2015/ #GoForth."

The coordinates are those of the Ceme Innovation Centre, part of the Centre for Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence campus, outside London.[2]

Junaid Hussain is said to have played a part online in the attack in Garland, Texas in early April 2015.[3]
