Group propaganda graphic.

A neo-Nazi group, which has affiliates in Germany, Ukraine, Russia, and Romania, maintains an active Telegram channel. In a mission statement, the group claims to be an "armed National Socialist group" with an international presence. Its stated aim is to "fight against the tyrannical governments of the damned Zionists" and to eventually "rebuild an independent National Socialist state [free] from Jewish hands." Several photos and videos shared by the group depict firearms and explosive devices; one promotional graphic contains a violent depiction of a Jew being executed. On at least one occasion, individuals associated with the group have carried out assaults and arson attacks. The following report will detail the activities of the group and outline its ideology.

Background, Ideology

Updates on the group are primarily shared via an affiliated Telegram channel. The channel was created on January 9, 2025, and its main image depicts a Jew being executed via shotgun by a figure with a Totenkopf head. This same graphic would later be used in a propaganda flyer.

The first two graphics shared by the channel depict two individuals, one with a Totenkopf graphic superimposed over his face; the other wears a skull mask and holds up a group flag. The graphics also feature a row of crossed-out emblems representing groups and entities considered anathema by the group: a rainbow flag, a communist hammer and sickle, an Antifa flag, an Israeli flag, a feminist symbol, and the face of a black man.

Later that day, the channel posted a recruitment flyer containing the same graphic displayed above, showing the Jewish man being violently executed. The flyer is titled: "Hey Jew! This Is Your Destiny." At the bottom of the flyer is the group's Telegram channel URL.
