On Telegram, a Russian nationalist Telegram channel, which is affiliated with the Russian Wagner Group, published, on January 27, 2023, a photo of a press release issued by a company called "FORES," offering a reward for the destruction or capture of a NATO tank or aircraft, and providing contact information to claim said reward. According to the channel, the document reads:

"The 'FORES Company' will pay a reward to military personnel for the destruction of NATO heavy armored vehicles and aircraft in the SVO [Special Military Operation] zone [Ukraine]. Russian servicemen who destroy or capture a German Leopard 2 battle tank or an American Abrams will receive a cash reward.

"FORES will pay 5 million rubles [about 71,500 USD] as an incentive for the first trophy vehicle destroyed. For each subsequent [unit] found in the SVO zone as part of the NATO 'tank coalition,' the payment to Russian soldiers and officers will amount to 500.000 rubles [7,150 USD].

"In the event that the delivery of Western-made front-line attack aircraft to Ukraine begins and the F-15 and F-16 combat aircraft are declared legitimate military targets for Russian military personnel, the financial reward for the first destroyed aircraft will be 15 million rubles [214,650 USD].
