Neo-Nazis React To Ongoing Tensions In The Middle East, Support Palestinian Terror Groups, And Call For The Elimination Of Israel

During the months of April and May 2023, the ongoing tensions in Israel escalated significantly, as Palestinian militants increased rocket attacks on cities in the region. On social media, neo-Nazis and white supremacists responded to the rising tensions and escalating conflict, generally celebrating the attacks and expressing support for the Palestinian cause and solidarity with terror groups including Hezbollah.

Neo-Nazis, particularly accelerationist groups, have shown continued solidarity with Jihadi groups in recent years, with some REMVE groups adopting the symbology and tactics of ISIS, Hezbollah, Hamas, and others.[1] Some neo-Nazi groups have campaigned for a concrete alliance with Palestinian groups, with individuals such as American neo-Nazi Gregory Conte reaching out to Palestinian audiences through recorded antisemitic messages in Arabic during the tensions of 2021.[2]

Other groups and individuals on platforms including Gab, Telegram, YouTube, and other social media outlets expressed excitement at the fact that both Jews and Muslims were dying in the conflict, and hoped for an extended and bloody conflict with as many casualties as possible. Some neo-Nazis and other REMVE groups that show support for Hezbollah also used the ongoing clashes to further their genocidal antisemitic rhetoric, calling for the complete annihilation of Israel and Jews worldwide.

The following report outlines neo-Nazi and white supremacist reactions to the ongoing tensions in Israel.

Neo-Nazis Share Pro-Hezbollah Content, Express Support For Palestinian Cause

A French neo-Nazi website published on May 9 an article titled, "Gaza: the Jews quench their bloodlust by ritually murdering goyim children." The article's subheading reads: "This ancient Hebrew tradition is as popular as ever," while its featured image depicts an unconscious child draped in a blood-soaked blanket.

A Polish neo-Nazi group published on May 11 a photo of an Islamic militant posing in front of a Palestinian flag. The channel wrote: "A terrorist entity called Israel is again destroying Gaza and murdering women and children. Talmudic hatred supported by many states pits against itself today poorly armed Palestinian resistance fighters. They are like David against the Zionist Goliath. Moral rights are on their side. May they one day prevail, and the suffering of Palestine be ended. Destroy Zionism! Gaza, Warsaw, common cause!"
