A new accelerationist terror manual that offers instructions and guidance on targeting electrical infrastructure has appeared online, and has been shared by users on 4Chan and other sites. It appears that the document was originally written in 2024, and was uploaded to the Internet Archive in February of the same year.

The 100-page document includes extensive instructions and guidelines on executing a successful attack on electrical substations, and advocates for targeting infrastructure over other forms of extremist activism, such as mass shootings and assassinations. The document also includes instructions on the manufacturing and use of pipe bombs and homemade EMP devices. An Electromagnetic Pulse, or EMP, is a burst of electromagnetic energy that can disrupt or damage electronic systems by inducing high voltage or currents.
