Yemen's Houthis Downed Chinese-Made Drone Operated By Saudi Forces, Tweets Houthi Military Spokesman

On May 24, 2022, the military spokesman of Yemen's Houthi movement, Yahya Sarea, tweeted that Houthi Air Defense Forces downed a Chinese-made "Wing Loong 2" drone operated by the Saudi Air Force over Sa'adah Governorate. Sarea further claimed that the Houthis used a locally-manufactured land-air missiles to target the Saudi-operated drone.
