Video Of Recent Drone Attack On Eilat, Israel Shows Iraqi Al-Nujaba Movement Leader Akram Al-Kaabi Supervising Launch Operation

On July 17, 2024, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an Iran-backed joint operation group of Iraqi militias, claimed responsibility for a drone attack on "a vital target" in Israel's southernmost city of Eilat. Attached to the claim of responsibility is a 58-second video showing Akram Al-Kaabi, Secretary-General of the Iran-backed Iraqi Shi'ite militia Al-Nujaba Movement, a member of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, joining other operatives and bolting the drone's propeller and supervising the launch.
