Users Of Pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Encrypted Chat Discuss Purchasing Weapons Online, Recommend Dark Web

In recent days, users of the Islamic State (ISIS)-operated Rocket.Chat server discussed methods of purchasing weapons online. After one user offered to provide weapons to supporters, other users warned against buying weapons over the internet, with some suggesting the Dark Web instead and others recommending buying bladed weapons rather than firearms.

One user offered to provide weapons to anyone who needs them. Another responded that they would like to be provided with a weapon, but that they will need training to use it.

In another post, a user warned others not to buy weapons online, and to be suspicious of anyone who makes such offers online. They recommended obtaining weapons through the Dark Web, or officially joining ISIS to receive weapons.
