On December 10, 2024, Al-Qaeda supporters on the Al-Qaeda-operated Rocket chat server mocked Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents' investigative techniques and monitoring systems on terrorist-linked online platforms, by sharing U.S. military manuals. The users stated that doing so would outsmart U.S. agents and help supporters work under their radar.
