On January 4, 2023, the anti-Taliban Afghanistan Liberation Movement (ALM) tweeted that unidentified drones bombarded Taliban military bases in Khost province on the night between January 2 and 3.[1] ALM said Taliban forces suffered casualties, but that the incident was covered up and unreported.
