A new pro-ISIS Telegram channel has been launched, which claims it will provide tips on producing explosives, poisons, and weapon silencers, as well as physical and military training. The channel has released a poster inciting "lone wolves" to attack Christians in their home countries or travel to join ISIS in Syria or Iraq.
