On Telegram, Pro-Al-Qaeda Outlet Shares Article Urging Jihadis To Engage In Online Advocacy, Hacking

On July 13, 2020, a pro-Al-Qaeda channel on Telegram shared an article urging jihadis to spread the ideology of Al-Qaeda and the significance of the shari'a (Islamic law) both in-person and online. The article called on jihadis from different fields of life to support the cause, including those who seek to be "martyrs" (i.e. suicide bombers), IED experts, hackers and "successful merchants who can provide jihad with the funds it lacks."
