On December 28, 2020, a pro-Al-Qaeda outlet on Telegram published a poster describing the group's goal of combating the efforts to curtail the spread of jihadi media, and its intention to continue to "brainwash" Muslim youth by making use of "new tools" for spreading the "voice of the mujahideen" around the world.
