On January 18, 2017, the official Telegram channel for the pro-ISIS hacking group United Cyber Caliphate (UCC) posted a request for assistance from sympathetic individuals with hacking experience: "Anyone with hacking ability and would like to join our new campaign and join our hacking brigade, contact us on our temporary account: @sjsgdiuasbiuasbdskjd."
According to the channel, the appeal for assistance comes directly from the group's leader.
The UCC Telegram Account also promises a coming "operation" soon.
