On January 17, 2022, following several attacks by the Houthis against targets in the UAE, a Telegram channel which supports Iran-backed militias in Iraq released a poster which depicts Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai being attacked by drones emblazoned with the words "Ansar Allah" (the Houthi military force), as well as an IED affixed a note bearing the Houthi slogan. A quote from the Houthi Information Minister which appears on the poster reads: "The edifying message which was meant to reach the UAE, has arrived."
