On October 28, 2020, a Telegram channel affiliated with Shi'ite militias in Iraq shared a post announcing that it has joined what appears to be a cyber-attack unit run by Iran-backed militias. The post invited other groups who wish to be develop their members' technical skills to apply for membership.
The also post noted that changes have been recently made in the organizational structure of some newly-founded groups which will soon be announced.
