Syria's HTS Publishes Telegram Post Calling For Applicants To Join Its Security Service, Lists Regional Telegram Accounts As Contacts

On March 4, 2022, Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham's (HTS) General Security Service announced on Telegram that it is recruiting new members. The post stated that candidates should be aged 18-28, and must pass the required training and courses. The post listed three Telegram accounts as contacts for applicants from different regions. The account also published a short video showing masked group members training and carrying out operations.
