On April 2, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) tech group with a focus on spreading technical and cyber security related information to supporters, announced the launch of new chat and file-sharing servers. The announcement was posted on the group's website, Telegram channel, and on the ISIS-operated Rocket.Chat. The announcement listed contact details for the group across several other encrypted platforms.
