Pro-ISIS Websites Emerge On Decentralized Platform 'ZeroNet'

On January 14, 2019, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media foundation published a link to a website on the decentralized peer-to-peer (P2P) network ZeroNet, which uses the BitTorrent network and Bitcoin cryptography. The ZeroNet website promoted by the media foundation gives news reports published by ISIS's A'maq news agency and links to several other pro-ISIS ZeroNet websites.
