Pro-ISIS Tech Group Offers Advice To Supporters On How To Stop Chat Applications From Accessing Their IP Addresses

On December 9, 2019, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) tech group that disseminates cyber-security information to ISIS supporters released a poster on the Riot messaging app advising ISIS supporters on how to avoid having their IP addresses logged by Peer-To-Peer (P2P) messaging applications.
