On February 21, 2022, a user of the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Rocket.Chat server published a post praising the recent attack on an electric tower in the Philippines, saying: "Economic warfare against the enemy in the southern Philippines! Destroy their electrical towers and return!" The post included an image of an armed fighter in a forest.
