On April 18, 2022 a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet published on Telegram a link to its new website for the Encrypted Tor browser. The same link was promoted by the outlet in the past, and included a message in Arabic and English calling on supporters to use a VPN or the Tor browser.
