Shortly after Al-Naba', the official weekly newspaper released by the Islamic State (ISIS), published a special infographic poster titled "Continue Your Incitement," a media campaign involving the use of a hashtag was launched. Since then, many official pro-ISIS media outlets have been using the hashtag in their posts to incite jihad and call on media operatives to spread ISIS materials, recruit new fighters, and make this task their top priority.
For example, one pro-ISIS media outlet published a poster which promoted the campaign by quoting the infographic from Al-Naba' weekly, which stressed that "inciting jihad is a mandatory and a command, as reflected in Allah's command to the Prophet Muhammad in Quran 8:65: "O Prophet, urge the believers to battle."
