On October 2, 2018, the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media group Al-Muhajireen published a eulogy for a British citizen who played a key role in developing the organization's drone force. According to the eulogy, he was killed in Raqqa, Syria, in an airstrike by the Global Coalition To Defeat ISIS.
